Job summary

Collegium Pharmaceutical is seeking a Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting, to own end-to-end SEC filings and equity administration. Based in Stoughton, MA, this hybrid role will relocate HQ to Boston in 2027, with onsite in Stoughton Tue–Thu until the move.

Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will manage 10-K/10-Q processes, lead SOX controls, and administer equity awards while partnering with internal teams and auditors. This position offers growth with a growing public company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• 2–4 years of public accounting experience required; Big 4 audit experience strongly preferred.
• Experience auditing public companies (SEC registrants) strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q, and U.S. GAAP.
• Working knowledge of SOX and internal controls over financial reporting.
• Polished, professional communication skills and comfort interacting with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform the day-to-day SEC reporting process (10-K, 10-Q, proxy, and other filings).
• Support quarterly earnings process with management, Audit Committee, and external communications.
• Support financial statement and SOX audit processes with auditors and deadlines.
• Manage SOX attestation and internal controls over financial reporting.
• Handle equity plan administration (RSUs, ESPP, W-2/1099 reporting) with Legal and HR.
• Improve close processes and develop analytics to improve reporting accuracy.
