BCD Meetings & Events LLC in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage general accounting, monthly closing, and reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting audits.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, solid knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP, SAP and Excel, and can work bilingually in English and Spanish. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in general accounting and month-end closing.
• Experience with reconciliations, account analysis and intercompany activity is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly accounting entries and assist month-end closing.
• Reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts timely and accurately.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Assist audits and ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP where applicable.
• Collaborate with finance team and supervise others when required.
