Daley And Associates, LLC. is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the finance team in Boston with remote flexibility. You will support month-end close, financial reporting, and audit prep within a SaaS/tech environment. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 plus bonus.

The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience with AP/AR and reconciliations. CPA preferred and New England, East Coast time location is ideal.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in SaaS/tech.
• Strong GAAP and month-end close knowledge.
• Experience with AP/AR and reconciliations.
• Willingness to work with automation/AI in accounting.
• New England location / East Coast time

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor payments, card expenses, reimbursements.
• Oversee accounts receivable collections and aging.
• Review sales tax returns and assist with audits.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant financial records and processes.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and growth.
