Daley And Associates, LLC. seeks a Senior Accountant for a fast-growing SaaS/tech company. The role focuses on hands-on accounting, improving close processes, and leveraging AI for efficiency.

You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Accounting, gaining broad exposure across the accounting function in a lean, collaborative team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting, a Bachelor's in Accounting (CPA preferred), and strong GAAP knowledge.

Formación

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting, SaaS, or high-growth tech)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, month-end close, journal entries, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• Hands-on accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management, and general ledger
• Experience with accounting systems, ERPs, and fintech platforms
• Interest in AI, automation, and tech-driven process improvements

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and vendor payments
• Oversee accounts receivable activities including collections
• Review monthly sales tax filings and assist audits
• Leverage systems like Rillet, Anrok, Stripe, and Brex
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation in workflows
• Collaborate with leadership on financial operations and projects
