Leoforce is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our rapidly growing Finance & Accounting team in New York. You will maintain accurate financial records, support month-end close, and strengthen accounting processes as we scale.

We prefer Big 4 CPA candidates with SaaS/tech growth-stage experience. Responsibilities include close ownership, journal entries, reconciliations, revenue recognition support, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Formación

• 2–5 years of accounting experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA license or on track; Big 4 experience preferred.
• Experience in SaaS/technology growth-stage environments (Series B+).

Responsabilidades

• Own and support key areas of the monthly and quarterly close process.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and schedules.
• Analyze activity, investigate variances and unusual transactions.
• Assist with financial reporting and financial statements.
• Support revenue recognition and other technical accounting matters.
• Perform flux analysis and communicate findings to Finance leadership.
• Help develop and improve accounting processes, controls and procedures.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance and other teams.
• Support audit and external reporting requirements.
• Assist with accounting projects during company growth.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA license or on track

Big 4 public accounting experience

Experience in SaaS/technology growth-stage environment

Job Details

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance & Accounting team. This person will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the month-end close, and helping strengthen accounting processes as the company continues to scale.

Looking for Big 4 CPA's with experience in growth stage companies (think Series B-D).

What You'll Do

• 1. Own and support key areas of the monthly and quarterly close process
• 2. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules
• 3. Analyze account activity and investigate variances and unusual transactions
• 4. Assist with financial reporting and preparation of financial statements
• 5. Support revenue recognition and other technical accounting matters
• 6. Perform detailed flux analysis and communicate findings to Finance leadership
• 7. Help develop and improve accounting processes, controls, and procedures
• 8. Partner cross-functionally with Finance and other teams across the organization
• 9. Support audit and other external reporting requirements
• 10. Assist with accounting projects related to the company's continued growth

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA license or on track
• Big 4 public accounting experience
• Experience working in a SaaS, software, or technology company within a growth-stage or venture-backed environment, ideally Series B or later.
