Job summary

RITALKA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in a multi-entity manufacturing environment.

You will manage month-end close, reconciliations, payroll, tax compliance, and internal controls, collaborating with management and external professionals. The role emphasizes GAAP adherence, process improvements, and cross-functional communication across rural Midwest locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• CPA or relevant professional certification desirable but not required.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or other complex operating environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, month-end close, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and other financial reports.
• Handle general ledger entries, reconciliations, accruals, and schedules for a multi-entity company.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls across financial reporting.
• Support payroll accounting and related liabilities.
• Assist with cash management, banking, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals.
