Job summary

RITALKA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP. This role oversees general ledger, reconciliations, payroll accounting, and month-end close while coordinating with management and external professionals.

The position requires strong analytical skills, manufacturing industry experience, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, with CPA desirable and multi-state tax exposure

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience with general ledger accounting and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Oversee general ledger entries, reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules.
