• Reconcile equity rollforwards so the cap table never argues with the books
• Own the tax provision and the footnotes that explain it
• Prepare board-ready financial packages and purpose-led executive summaries
• Stand in for the Chandler controller when close cannot wait
• Manage fixed-asset schedules, depreciation, and capital expenditure tracking
