In this hands-on role, you will manage month-end closes, prepare financial statements, and implement accounting systems. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 4+ years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in a growth-stage environment.
• Experience with an MSO-PC model accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end and year-end close process with high accuracy.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
• Build and implement accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.

Skills

Strong operational experience with ERP systems

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
