Job summary

Transtex is seeking a highly analytical Senior Accountant to own core accounting cycles, including GL maintenance, month-end close, manufacturing inventory reconciliation, and cash flow management. You will oversee international AR/AP deliverables, with 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience and strong GAAP background.

The role emphasizes independent work within a collaborative environment, plus oversight of India AR/AP deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, month end closings, reconciliations and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: customer follow-up, AR management; payment application and bank transaction matching.
• Accounts Payable: review spending, maintain cash flow, set up payments in banking system.
