Job summary

TRANSTEX LLC in Harmony Township, PA, is seeking a highly analytical Senior Accountant to own core accounting cycles, including general ledger, month-end close, inventory reconciliation, and cash flow management.

The role oversees AR/AP, intercompany transactions, internal controls, and GAAP compliance, with 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, and familiarity with NetSuite ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressing accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of month end closings, reconciliations, financial statements, internal controls, and GAAP.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR/AP processes and intercompany transactions.
• Manage manufacturing inventory reconciliation and cost analytics.
• Support month-end close, general ledger maintenance, and cash flow management.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls exist across finance functions.
