Greystar is seeking a Senior Accountant to support development and construction accounting, delivering timely financial reporting and working across Go Data, Oracle, and related systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in real estate development or construction.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP/reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Partner with management to deliver monthly and quarterly accounting, ledger reporting, and performance reports.
• Complete department projects and tasks per established policies and benchmarks.
• Coordinate with development, construction, and other departments to ensure timely accounting processes.
• Prepare financial, accounting, and administrative reports and analyses.
• Maintain and update process documentation as needed.
• Support leaders by gathering data, resolving Go Data/Oracle issues, and answering questions.
• Manage project files and archival documentation for new development.
• Prepare wire packages for pursuit projects with supporting documentation.
• Support the Pursuit Manager by tracking pursuit project status with IC teams.
• Coordinate reporting accuracy across Go Data and Oracle systems.
• Review project agreements for terms like go‑hard dates, fees, and cost‑sharing.
