Job summary

Greystar is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support development and construction accounting, partnering with management to deliver accurate financial reporting across Go Data and Oracle systems. The role bridges accounting, development, and pursuit teams to ensure smooth coordination of project numbers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in real estate development or construction.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle and/or similar ERP/reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to deliver monthly and quarterly accounting, ledger reporting, and performance reports.
• Prepare financial, accounting, and administrative reports and analyses.
• Maintain and update process documentation as needed.
• Manage and organize detailed project files and archival documentation.
• Support leaders by gathering data and reports related to Go Data and Oracle.
