Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Strong general ledger and month-end close experience.
• Property management, real estate, or construction accounting experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain day-to-day, monthly, and year-end general ledger activity.
• Process accounts payable accurately and on time.
• Prepare internal financial statements, cash forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
