You will handle monthly accounting for residential properties, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and evaluating purchases for capitalization vs expense, while contributing to financial reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting, knows US GAAP, and has prior accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• Knowledge of US GAAP is required.
• Prior accounting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Monthly accounting for residential rental properties including bank reconciliations, journal entries and accruals.
• Evaluation and analysis of financial reports.
• Annual tax workpaper preparation and special projects as needed.
