About the Role:

This position is ideal for someone ready to step into a leadership capacity—overseeing partnership‑level accounting, supporting staff accountants, and driving consistency across multiple real estate entities. You’ll work closely with company leadership and play an active role in process improvement, reporting, and mentoring within the accounting team.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting activities across multiple real estate partnerships
