A well-established real estate investment firm in St. Clair Shores, MI is seeking a Lead Accountant to oversee partnership-level accounting, support staff accountants, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate accounting, strong Excel skills, and is on track to obtain their CPA. This role offers a chance to work in a collaborative, family-oriented culture.

About the Role:

This position is ideal for someone ready to step into a leadership capacity—overseeing partnership‑level accounting, supporting staff accountants, and driving consistency across multiple real estate entities. You’ll work closely with company leadership and play an active role in process improvement, reporting, and mentoring within the accounting team.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting activities across multiple real estate partnerships
