You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls within a publicly traded company.

The role emphasizes technical accounting, preparation of footnotes, and assistance with 10-K/10-Q filings, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA license is a plus and preferred.
• 4 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, 2+ years in a public company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual close processes accurately and timely.
• Post recurring journal entries and review GL postings.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and monthly updates.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Support SEC filings, 10-K/10-Q, and footnote disclosures.
• Assist with internal controls and SOX processes.
