Connect Search, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to support a growing investment firm in the Dallas area. The role focuses on strengthening the accounting function and sustaining growth through accurate financial reporting.

The position offers a base pay of $100,000–$125,000 with bonus potential and a hybrid work schedule, enabling collaboration with FP&A, tax, and operations teams as the firm scales.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting, industry, or a combination of both.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Perform complex balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Manage general ledger activity, including revenue, expenses, fixed assets, prepaids, and intercompany transactions
• Prepare cash flow reporting, financial analysis, and management reporting
• Support annual audits, tax compliance, internal controls, and external reporting
• Partner cross functionally with FP&A, AP, AR, Operations, and other teams to resolve accounting issues
• Improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and streamline the month end close

Connect Search is seeking a Senior Accountant for a growing investment firm in the Dallas area. This company has experienced significant growth and is projecting to double in size over the next few years. They’re looking for a Senior Accountant who can help support that growth and continue to build out the accounting function.

This position pays between $100K-125K base + bonus and offers a Hybrid work schedule.
