CornerStone Staffing seeks a Senior Accountant for a global pharmaceutical company in Fort Worth, TX. Hybrid work (3 days on-site) with a 6-month temporary assignment. Pay rate ranges from $40–$50 per hour, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

The role emphasizes monthly, quarterly, and annual close, balance sheet accuracy, and NetSuite-based AP, with exposure to IFRS and U.S. GAAP. CPA or advanced degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in IFRS and U.S. GAAP; pharmaceutical/healthcare exposure preferred.
• NetSuite experience required.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities with journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity and perform account analyses.
• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable in NetSuite, including payments and vendor data.
• Ensure accurate cash activity and deposit journal entries in NetSuite; collaborate across teams.
• Support balance sheet reviews, system enhancements, and accounting policy implementations.
