Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of professional experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience with government contractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage timekeeping and payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely pay.
• Support cost control initiatives and labor/material cost allocation.
• Prepare budgets, performance reports, and financial analyses.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Facilities and EB Groton counterparts.
