Job summary

Redline Plastics LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead financial reporting, payroll, and audits. The role partners with the Director of Finance to ensure accurate month-end close and process improvements.

Essential duties include journal entries, variance analysis, and overseeing accounting operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance. This role supports international shipments and regulatory filings within a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Strong Excel/Office suite skills.
• ERP system proficiency and manufacturing familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Completes month-end and year-end closing with journal entries and variance analyses.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages.
• Oversee payroll processing (weekly/bi-weekly).
• Review A/P and A/R processes.
• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset schedules.
• Conduct variance analyses and investigate root causes.
• Develops accounting operational improvements and updates procedures.
• Assist with international shipments and reporting.
• Handle tax filings and act as backup for Accounting Specialist.
