Job summary

RED LINE PLASTICS LLC is seeking a Sr. Accountant to lead financial reporting, payroll, and general accounting operations. The role works closely with the Director of Finance to ensure accurate weekly, monthly, and annual closes and to drive continuous process improvements across the accounting function.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounting experience, familiarity with Infor Syteline, and a proactive approach to compliance and efficiency within a modern manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of GAAP, balance sheet and income statement reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Completes month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, reconciliations, and audits.
• Prepares quarterly and annual reporting packages.
• Oversees payroll processing (weekly/biweekly).
• Manages accounts payable/receivable processing and fixed asset schedules.
• Develops accounting operational improvements and maintains procedures.
