Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with financial statement preparation and journal entries
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and accounting software experience

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Maintain fixed asset records and property tax reporting across divisions
• Support financial statement preparation, audits, and consolidated reporting
• Assist with corporate budgeting and coordination with divisional controllers
• Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries
• Process payroll through ADP and support annual compliance reporting
