Dexian, a private investment organization, invites a Senior Accountant & Operations Manager to take ownership of multi-entity accounting, GL close, journal entries, and financial reporting from a fast-growing platform.

Qualifications

• Strong multi-entity/intercompany accounting experience.
• Hands-on GL, close, reconciliation & reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
• Exceptional organization, judgment & discretion.
• A resourceful, “figure it out” mentality.
• Comfort handling both accounting and broader operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Multi-entity & intercompany accounting
• General ledger and month-end close
• Journal entries and reconciliations
• Financial statement preparation
• Cash activity and outstanding obligations
• QuickBooks across multiple affiliated entities
• Coordination with outside accountants, vendors & service providers
• Accounting processes, controls & documentation
• Broader operational projects and process improvements
