Dexian, a private investment organization, invites a Senior Accountant & Operations Manager to take ownership of multi-entity accounting, GL close, journal entries, and financial reporting from a fast-growing platform.

Growing private investment organization in DFW is now hiring a Senior Accountant & Operations Manager to support their fast growing investment platform. This is a high-autonomy opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, taking ownership, and building structure rather than stepping into a rigid corporate accounting department.

Job Duties:

• Multi-entity & intercompany accounting
• General ledger and month-end close
• Journal entries and reconciliations
• Financial statement preparation
• Cash activity and outstanding obligations
• QuickBooks across multiple affiliated entities
• Coordination with outside accountants, vendors & service providers
• Accounting processes, controls & documentation
• Broader operational projects and process improvements

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate has:
