Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Senior Accountant for a privately held investment/financial services firm based in the DFW area. This role offers ownership, autonomy and direct exposure to leadership while managing accounting across multiple affiliated entities.

The ideal candidate will handle multi-entity intercompany accounting, month-end close, GL, JEs, reconciliations and financial statement prep, with QuickBooks and a strong independent work ethic. Remote in DFW.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-entity/intercompany accounting.
• Proficient in month-end close, GL, JEs and reconciliations.
• Experience preparing financial statements.
• Familiar with QuickBooks.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in family office, fund accounting, private investment, or PE is advantageous.

This is not your typical narrowly defined corporate accounting role. The company is looking for someone who wants ownership, autonomy and direct exposure to leadership while managing accounting across multiple affiliated entities.

• Strong ability to work independently
• Family office, fund accounting, private investment, PE, outsourced accounting or small CPA firm experience is highly relevant
