Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or project-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, month-end close, GL, reconciliations, AP/AR, and audit support.
• Experience with U.S. sales tax compliance across multiple states.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports per U.S. GAAP.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and related cycles.
• Assist with sales/use tax and multi-state compliance.
• Support project accounting, including job costing and WIP reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and assist with audits and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
