• 5 years in general ledger accounting and accounts payable.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for month-end close, including recurring entries, accruals, and payroll entries.
• Process daily cash movements between all accounts and companies.
• Manage sales tax filings, exemption handling, and audits.
• Support external and internal audits throughout the year.
• Reconcile Concur expense reports and handle credit card requests.
• Record leases under ASC 842 and maintain general ledger entries.
• Reconcile fixed assets and maintain the BNA system.
• Back up other desks in the accounting department.
• Reconcile bank accounts and research discrepancies.
• Handle quarterly payroll filings.
