Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA or CMA designation required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.
• Experience managing month-end close processes.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.

What You'll Do

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close responsibilities
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting packages
• Analyze operational and financial performance trends
• Partner with business leaders to support decision-making and improve financial visibility
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Assist with audit requests, compliance requirements, and internal controls
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Support fixed asset accounting and operational accounting activities

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CMA required
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience managing month-end close responsibilities
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and operational teams

Highly Preferred

• Manufacturing accounting experience
• Experience supporting plant, facility, or operational environments
• Exposure to cost accounting, inventory accounting, and fixed asset accounting
