Job summary

E-Space, a space tech startup, seeks a Senior Accountant to own general accounting, NetSuite ops, AP, audit, and tax support. CPA candidate or licensed CPA preferred. 4–6 years in accounting, ideally in tech or manufacturing, with strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and NetSuite experience.

The role is full-time, on-site at our Arlington, TX location, offering broad exposure and growth in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is competitive and negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, payroll, inventory and fixed assets.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash in transit, and credit card statements; assist with financial statements.
