Job summary

Dusted Pixels' client, a leading Puerto Rico construction group, seeks a Senior Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle for the corporation and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Sage 100.

You will supervise one Accounting Assistant, handle monthly closings, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting, and ensure tax compliance with Puerto Rico regulations. On-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient in Sage 100 and Excel.
• Experience managing multiple entities or subsidiaries.
• Knowledge of Puerto Rico payroll and IVU tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full accounting cycle for the corporation and subsidiaries.
• Prepare monthly closings, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Maintain GL, AR, AP, and payroll; supervise one Accounting Assistant.
• Provide financial analysis and support budgeting/forecasting.
• Assist audits and ensure tax compliance.
• Collaborate with departments on financial insights.
