Job summary

Hydrate HQ, a growing B2B drinking water company, is hiring an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper in Chagrin Falls, OH. You will manage day-to-day accounting, month-end close, AR/AP, payroll, and inventory costing, partnering with leadership and an outside CPA.

You should have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field and 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with QuickBooks and Excel proficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience as Senior Accountant, Staff Accountant, Accounting Manager, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• General accounting and month-end close.
• Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll management.
• Inventory and cost accounting reconciliation.
• Financial reporting and analysis.
