Job summary

Zoom Tan in Naples, Florida is seeking a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and financial reporting across multiple locations and entities. You will perform general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and month-end close procedures, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Multilocation or multientity accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries and documentation.
• Prepare and review bank and account reconciliations; investigate discrepancies.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and analyses for management.
• Maintain accounting records across locations and entities.
