Job summary

ZOOM TAN INC in Naples, FL is seeking an accounting/finance intern to join our Corporate Office. This in-person role supports the Finance team with record-keeping, data collection and vendor communications while you develop foundational finance skills.

Requirements include current enrollment in an undergraduate accounting or finance program, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to work up to 25 hours per week at the Naples office. Hourly rate is $15–$17.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate accounting or finance degree program (preferred).
• U.S. work authorization required.
• Must be able to work at the Corporate Office in Naples, FL (Required).

Responsibilities

• Help to create new methods of organizing physical and electronic records.
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data for company reports.
• Support the Finance team in daily administrative tasks.
• Support the Finance team in communicating with outside vendors.
• Anticipate issues and inform the Finance team in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team in the best interest of the company.
