Job summary

Miller & Sons Golf Cars is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to own key accounting functions across multiple locations. You will lead month-end close, prepare reports, and oversee AR/AP, payroll support, and reconciliations, while expanding the use of automation and AI-driven insights.

The role is primarily onsite with limited hybrid flexibility, in Waterloo, NE or Britt, IA, and offers leadership collaboration opportunities and growth within a growing dealership group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience and strong GAAP knowledge.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Interest in AI, automation, and modern accounting tools to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and lead month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements and management reporting by location.
• Maintain GLs, reconcile balances, and monitor cash flow.
• Support payroll processing and tax filings as needed.
• Develop dashboards and automate reporting to improve visibility.
