Ferretti Search is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Senior Accountant to join their accounting and finance team. This role emphasizes general ledger accounting, month-end close, and multi-entity reconciliations, with exposure to leadership and financial reporting.

The Senior Accountant will support financial statement preparation, intercompany activities, and consolidation processes in a fast-paced environment, offering opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with an ERP system (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual month-end close processes.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and account analysis.
• Complete cash reconciliations and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assist with financial reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Support intercompany accounting and multi-entity reconciliations.
• Participate in consolidation accounting activities.
• Conduct variance analyses and flux analyses to identify financial trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accounting accuracy.
• Assist with accounting process improvements and system enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
