Job summary

Renova One, headquartered in Minnesota, seeks a Senior Accountant to lead the month-end close, journal entries, and intercompany reconciliations. You will support financial reporting, controls, and process improvements across a growing multi-entity organization.

You will collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate reporting, assist with budgeting and variance analysis, and prepare analyses for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with general ledger duties.
• GAAP knowledge and strong financial reporting experience.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger across multiple entities.
• Prepare balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Ensure job cost reporting aligns with business performance.
• Mentor junior accounting staff as needed.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency.
