Job summary

Renovo Solutions in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, general ledger, and month-end close processes. You will own core accounting activities, ensure accuracy of financial information, and liaison between Corporate Accounting and Renovo’s international branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a 4-year university.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Minimum 3 years of general ledger experience.
• Experience with international locations and foreign currencies preferred.
• Experience with healthcare or healthcare services company a plus.
• Experience with mid-size to large ERPs (Sage Intacct preferred).
• Proficient with MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including collaboration across departments and international locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
• Take ownership of month-end close activities and assist with monthly financial statements.
• Provide accounting support for international operations.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and reporting.
• Perform account analyses and investigate variances.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and internal controls.
• Assist payroll accounting and reconcile payroll-related accounts.
• Prepare accounting reports and supporting schedules for decision-making.
• Support the annual financial statement audit with documentation and responses.
• Perform additional accounting and finance duties as assigned.
