Job summary

Executive Search Placement is partnering with an iconic Las Vegas brand in the C-store, gambling, food & beverage space, seeking two Senior Accountants to join the expanding finance team. You can specialize in cash management, payroll & debt, or fixed assets & lease accounting, or operate as a generalist across areas.

The role requires experience managing complex, shared services accounting functions and multi-company GL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in shared services, general ledger management, and multi-company environments.
• Proficiency with accounting software and strong Excel skills.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and ability to analyze large financial data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
• Manage debt accounting and amortization schedules.
• Lead cash management, reconciliations, and cash flow reporting.
• Maintain fixed asset ledgers, CIP, and depreciation methods.
• Coordinate lease accounting under ASC 842 across entities and consolidation.
