Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness -- West Coast Fitness is seeking a Senior Accountant with 4+ years of accounting experience, including multi-entity and franchise accounting. The role supports day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and year-end audit activities within the Finance and Accounting Department.

The position emphasizes training, learning, and professional growth in accounting and finance, with a hybrid/onsite environment where applicable and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-years related experience in accounting with month-end close experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite; multi-unit experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and identify solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and record daily/weekly accounting transactions.
• Perform month-end tasks (journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, analysis).
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external monthly financial statements.
• Year end audit support.
• Maintain systems and controls to ensure data integrity and value.
• Identify continuous improvements, cost reductions, or eliminations of non-value-add tasks.
