Job summary

Louis Vuitton U.S. Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to support full-cycle accounting for multiple sites in California and Texas.

You will drive general ledger and month-end close, asset management, intercompany activities, and reporting with a focus on accuracy and controls. The role partners with FP&A, Treasury, and operations to improve processes and financial decision making. A CPA and Power BI experience are preferred, with a strong emphasis on US GAAP and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and fixed asset accounting.
• Strong systems proficiency, including Excel and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries, including depreciation, accruals, and adjusting entries.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies between sub-ledgers and the GL.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities for timely financial reporting.
• Serve as backup for other Senior Accountants in payroll, T&E reviews, and benefits accounting.
• Prepare and submit monthly group reporting (Syrus) and partner with FP&A for issues.
• Develop and maintain reconciliations, management reports, and KPIs to monitor performance.
• Own the end-to-end fixed asset process, including CIP capitalization and depreciation.
• Support regulatory filings, audits, and vendor master data controls.
