Job summary

Macnaught / LockNLube in Tampa, FL seeks a Senior Accountant to support month-end reporting, AP/AR, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory audits. The role collaborates with the Australia-based Group Accounting function and reports to the Financial Controllers.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems, especially Dynamics 365. On-site, Monday to Friday, with standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required.
• 5-7+ years of relevant work experience are required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Experience with general ledger functions, financial statements, and month-end close is required.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet and bank accounts.
• Prepare and assist in annual statutory audit.
• Assist in monthly financials and month-end P&L statements.
• Prepare accurate management reports and ensure deadlines for reporting.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the overseas shared services team.
• Participate in ERP improvements and technology implementations.
