Job summary

Fireye, LLC seeks a seasoned Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in Derry, NH. The role focuses on general ledger accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, and manufacturing cost accounting to support accurate reporting and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing, with strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, including IFS. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany transactions analyses.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and perform variance analysis for cost reporting.
• Maintain inventory accounting activities, including cycles counts and valuation.
