Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and 4 years of accounting experience.
• 24 college hours in accounting with progression to supervisory duties.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of accounting experience.
• CPA may substitute for the required degree.

• Coordinate and oversee complex financial statements and reports.
• Lead reconciliation of general ledger and bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare audit work papers and respond to auditor questions timely.
• Provide guidance on internal accounting controls and GAAP compliance.
• Supervise accounting staff and provide training and performance feedback.
