Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Prior accounting team lead experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and ability to analyze financial data.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Conduct reconciliations of balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management.
• Research and correct billing, inventory, and tax discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly close and preparation of budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Provide support during external audits.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
