Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive professional accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Record and report business transactions in accordance with GAAP.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with accounting and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with the annual audit process, including preparation of financial statements and disclosures.
• Research and explain expense and budget variances to management.
• Support forecasting and budgeting activities with accurate data and analysis.
• Assist with customer billing and related accounting activities as needed.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Take on additional accounting responsibilities and projects as needed.
