Job summary

KC Linc Homepage is seeking an Accountant II to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records. You will manage complex tasks including financial statement analysis, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with other departments on budgeting and reporting.

The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel and GAAP knowledge, and excellent communication. You will support month-end close, AP/AR processing, journal entries, and audits, contributing to financial health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices with high accuracy.
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Postcustomer deposits and apply to receivables.
• Prepare and enter journal entries.
• Assist with the month-end close.
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances.
• Identify, research, and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Maintain accounting records in GAAP compliance.
• Assist with audit documentation as needed.
• Support the 1099 preparation and reporting process.
• Assist with reconciling accounts.
• Assist with credit card reconciliation.
• Other duties as necessary.
