Job summary

Turn2Partners is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS/Technology client in Northern Virginia to hire a Senior Accountant focused on SOX/IPO readiness and robust financial reporting. You will own parts of the monthly close, assist in 10-K/10-Q prep, and help design internal controls with external advisers, supporting rapid scale.

The role requires CPA status, 3+ years in accounting (public and corporate preferred), and comfort in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Econ or related.
Active CPA license, or parts passed.
3+ years of progressive accounting experience; blend of public and corporate accounting preferred.
Exposure to SOX compliance, PCAOB audit requirements, SEC reporting, or public-company controls.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

Own a meaningful piece of the monthly close — journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis under U.S. GAAP.
Support preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
Help design, build, and document SOX-compliant internal controls with external advisory partner.
Serve as a working liaison to external auditors through the year-end audit.
Contribute to public-company reporting readiness, including 10-K and 10-Q preparation.
Push accounting policy, procedure, and system improvements as the company scales.
