Job summary

Turn2Partners is seeking a Senior Accountant for its high-growth, pre-IPO technology environment. This onsite role collaborates with executive leadership to strengthen accounting infrastructure and drive IPO readiness initiatives, including SOX-compliant controls.

The successful candidate will contribute to the close process, financial reporting, and policy improvements while supporting a scalable finance team in a fast-moving tech company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules.
• Assist in preparing financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Partner with leadership on IPO readiness initiatives, including documenting and enhancing SOX-compliant internal controls.
• Collaborate with external auditors and consulting partners during audit and compliance activities.
• Help improve accounting policies, procedures, and financial reporting processes.
• Contribute to building a scalable finance organization within a fast-paced technology environment.

What We're Looking For

• CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
