Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant for a permanent, direct-hire role in Louisville East. The position offers a base salary up to $95,000 with strong benefits and a generous PTO policy.

The Senior Accountant will handle daily inventory matching across nationwide branches, post journal entries, analyze variances, and support ad hoc projects while maintaining high-volume data integrity onsite in Louisville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience with exposure to inventory.
• Ability to work on-site in Louisville.

Responsibilities

• Own daily three-way inventory matching and prepare payment upload files in Excel across multiple nationwide branches.
• Analyze and resolve inventory variances.
• Post journal entries.
• Conduct detailed reconciliations, managing large datasets and high transaction volumes.
• Perform ad hoc projects as needed.
